Grande Style. I can think of few better things to see from my hotel room than the flying Rio Grande, like a beacon in the night over Salt Lake City. The former depot, still in excellent condition, is now used as office space. A few blocks away, the Union Pacific depot has its own neon sign, though neither is next to the tracks anymore - Amtrak's rendition of the California Zephyr calls two blocks west of here after the passenger main was realigned.
