The Amtrak Great Dome "Ocean View", led by one of the Phase III Heritage units, rolls out of Port Henry along the shore of Lake Champlain with some spotty dull Fall colors showing. The rock cut at the rear of the train used to mark the start of a small yard years ago. The village of Port Henry can be seen on the hillside across the bay
