SWPC 411 is one of only 35 SDP35s ever produced and the only one still operating in its original carbody. 411 started life as SAL 1111, where it was designed to be effective in both passenger and fast freight service. I'm not sure how much service 411 sees now adays. The Mojave Northern is an unpredictable operation at best. From what I've seen on the internet, it looks like the railroad still runs at least somewhat regularly, but I haven't see a picture or report of 411 running since 2001, so your guess is as good as mine.
Photographs where trains and people mix, weather it's street running, plant switching or carrying a unit grain train out of an elevator, it will be put here.
