| Kennecott Copper's 'Magna Motors' were on borrowed time late in 1978, undergoing replacement by new EMD SD40-2s in ore haulage. A couple of the distinctive GEs were still operating on Dec. 9th as the 401 and 403 depart Magna with 90 empties for Copperton. |
