Remarks & Notes |
Antiques in a modern world The Spring St. interlocking tower is one year newer than the 630, which was built in 1904. Everything else in this shot however was built long after the steam era and after the last passenger trains left Terminal Station. The new Mitchell St bridge in the background is nearly finished, replacing a vintage 1920's structure. Would be nice if one day the tower could be preserved and look as good as the 630. |
