At the time, I couldn't imagine why this Rio Grande freight had 11 engines on the point . . . I was just glad I got to see it! . . . and to hear it, too! D&RGW 3095 rolls east, upgrade through Spanish Fork Canyon by old 'Mill Fork', the site of a trackside water tower and a tiny trainorder depot. The nearby grassy knoll is where the tank pylons used to be. The depot was on the opposite side of the tracks closer to Highway 6.
