Vermont Rail System's crew works to position equipment for the 20th Anniversary Glory Days of the Railroad Festival in White River Junction - scheduled for 9-4 on Saturday, September 8, featuring the B&M heritage GP9 77, Amtrak's Phase I Heritage P42 156 rolling by on the southbound Vermonter, MMA B39-8E 8592, plenty of VRS and NECR motive power and rides pulled by the vintage ex-Rutland Alco RS-1 - GMRC 405. The B&M GP9 and the Rutland RS-1 combine for 116 years of veteran experience...
