After departing Romney at 11am and operating west to Moorefield, the afternoon dinner train returns east, through "The Trough" pulled by C&O F7(A), No. 8016. It's a dreary day in Northeastern West Virginia, as the engineer carefully negotiates the wet rail and tight curves of the SBVRR. Photo taken with permission.
