Remarks & Notes
Illinois Railway Museum's Chicago Burington & Quincy Nebraska Zephyr, running as Amtrak Train #972 highballs out of Quincy on the BNSF Brookfield Sub. starting its way back to Chicago Union Station, and its home of Union, IL later tonight. A sight and sound I never figured I would experience unfolded before my very eyes today and the "Train of the Goddesses" was opened up big time on home rails.

Anything that grabs one's attention and holds it. These photos tell more than a story based on the sum of its parts, but create other stories.
