| With her ash pans and fire grate removed, it's possible to see into PM 1225's firebox from ground level. A welder from Purvis & Foster welds in the rear tube plate, as progress continues on the rebuild of this massive Berkshire. Funds are still needed to complete the Federally-mandated restoration. |
