Remarks & Notes
Centennial Coal's Southern Shorthaul Railroad liveried 4,400 horsepower CEY001 "Port Kembla", CEY006 "Fassifern", CEY004 "Kandos" climb through the disused station of Ben Bullen on the Mudgee line with an empty coalie for loading at Charbon Colliery nr Kandos, NSW. Depending on their designated task and fuel load, these locos weigh in between 134 & 139 tonnes. The class 'CEY' represents Centennial Coal's Australian Stock Exchange code prior to 2010 while the locomotives names reflect the communities in which Centennial Coal's ten mines operate with CEY001 "Port Kembla" and CEY005 "Newcastle" are both named after the ports where Centennial Coal delivers to for export. Southern Shorthaul Railroad (SSR) is Centennial Coal's rail operator.
