Remarks & Notes
"Could I get a little shove on the rear?" engineer Dick Noble requests to rear end helper, B&O 722 as the Green Springs turn departs Romney north. Covered with the last of the autumn leaves and the morning dew, C&O F7(A), No. 8016 is having trouble gaining any traction. With a little bit of assistance from B&O No. 722, the eight car consist filled with passengers will soon increase speed, and the train will make its trek toward the SBVRR interchange at Green Springs, on its second to last excursion for the Fall season.
