Remarks & Notes

It's 2013 and there are still bulldogs in numbers operational in Australia. Rail Pictures "own" locomotive RailPower S312 (1961) stands next to Seymour Railway Heritage centre's GM36 (1966) and El Zorro's S302 (1957) in sizzling temperatures around the SG turntable at South Dynon. These locomotives have, up to recently, been involved with mineral sands haulage in Western Victoria and are having a holiday while the plant at Hamilton has a two week shutdown.
