Sitting in the Milwaukee Road's engine facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is GP9 312. Built in May 1959, this engine would later become Iowa Railroad Company 312, eventually being scrapped in the middle of 1984. (Photographer unknown, Craig Walker collection)
