| Yesterday it couldn't decide whether to drizzle rain or snow. It finally settled on snow in the early evening, which has continued off and on until now, the resulting wet stuff sticking to the trees like cotton candy as 595 rounds the big bend at Utterson with one tank car for Stepan Chemicals in Longford Mills. |
