| A WM yard job takes a short break in front of the yard office in Hagerstown, MD in Dec., 1974 with RS-3s No's. 194 and 198. No. 194 was one of four RS-3s on the WM roster ordered with both steam generators and dynamic brakes. In order to accommodate both, Alco had to build the units with high short hoods. |
