Brunswick, MD 11/30/2013 - The bitter cold of a 25 degree night has claimed the water draining from purposeful holes in the bottom of a loaded coal hopper waiting for its call to a power plant on the eastern shore. The coal was loaded days before in the moutains of West Virginia, sat through several days of heavy rain, and is now gripped by the chill of winter's coming.
