A brand new Motive Power Industries MK5000C, equipped with a 5000 HP Caterpillar diesel engine, arrives in Salt Lake City on SP's EUCHQ. Accompanied by Research & Test car 252, the SP 502, 503, and 501 will undergo tests hauling coal in Utah and Colorado.
