Conductor Harold Yearwood rides the lead engine on one side as engineer Jim Chafin leans out of the cab on the trailing locomotive on the opposite side. U53 has placed "yellow ball" empties above the loadout at Roda and Jim and Harold jockey the locomotives into position to pick up the loads.
