After completing its work on the 3 mile long Elyton Industrial Track, CSX Y198 returns with one empty center-beam, empty cement covered hopper and something odd at the front of its train. Usually seen only inside the confines of yards with remote control zones, the RCP-C "sled" doesn’t not get out much if at all, but today it is seen riding in front of the CSXT 6062 as it helps Y198 service customers in Birmingham.
