| A little known shortline in Washington state, The Columbia Basin's Portland Vancouver Junction railway. Runs from the connection with the BNSF at Rye Junction up to Battleground, Washington on the Former Northern Pacific's Yacolt Branch... This hard to catch railroad is seen here throttling up for the charge up the 2.2 percent grade to the top of the hill at RYE yard about 3 miles away... |
