"Departing Campbell Hall"
The daily Middletown and New Jersey Campbell Hall local has their train for the day as they navigate their way through the yard. Upon arrival at the station I was surprised to see neither of the M&NJ locomotives staged, ready for service. I later found the CH-1 would be using both units on this day along with their caboose making for quite an interesting lash-up. With perfect weather and a locomotive I've been trying to see on this job for years it seemed appropriate to chase this train all the way to its turning point in Warwick, NY. |
