As a late autumn storm moves in, one of Amtrak's popular Pacific Surfliner trains passes through Orange, California, on the last day of November 2014. F59PHI 458 was recently overhauled and repainted, and it is hustling its six-car train from Los Angeles to San Diego. These trains were a popular option on this Thanksgiving weekend. At the junction in the distance, CP Walnut, this line splits to head to Los Angeles (the tracks the curve to the left) or Riverside and San Bernardino (the trackage that continues straight).
