The N&W J 611 is slowly removed from the VMT while NS officials inspect its progress. The Locomotive is being removed for a trip to the North Carolina Museum of Transportation to be restored for 2015 excursions. It was just announced this week that she will return to Roanoke on May 30th of this year. Please see http://fireup611.org/
