"Resting ALCO RS-3's"
On a chilly spring morning, CNJ 1554 idles next to RDG 467 in Scranton, PA as the 1554 awaits the next call to duty. While the 1554 was not required on this day, the latter two of the four locomotives in consist would later be used as power for the PT-98. |
