Remarks & Notes
The conductor of a westbound Utah Railway coal train stopped at Colton prepares to give a roll-by to a UP manifest coming up beside his train. A fire started along the right of way in Wellington, UT, east of this location, the railroad suspected it may have been this train that started it. The coal train is stopped here so they can inspect it for a hot axle or bearing that could have caused the fire. Once they find it, they'll set out the car and be on their way again.
