Chicago South Shore & South Bend GP38-2 2000 has 11th Street to itself on January 18th, 2016. It seems the snow and cold temperatures (-1º F, with a wind-chill that made it feel as if it were -18º F) kept most of the town's residents inside. CSS 2000 is heading west to switch a local industry, and through this part of town, the railroad runs down the middle of the street.
