| Norfolk Southern ES44AC #8119 heads up one of five test loads at the Burr Oak mine on the West Virginia Secondary destined for the power generating station at Homer City, PA. If the quality of the coal suites their needs and the plant can reach agreement with Buckingham Coal, it may just be the saving grace that the north end of the line needs. Taken 1/20/2016.
