Remarks & Notes
This 141 lb. steel rail that once guided many heavy MRL trains, over the Greenhorn Trestle in Mullan Pass, is now nothing more then scrap. The rail head has been severely damaged in a short time by the almost horseshoe curve over the Greenhorn Creek. Not visible is a 2011 date embossed in its web. These MRL heavies have really left there mark behind. This is just another amazing piece of mountain railroading.
