Retro late 90's Lake Shore. The EB Lake Shore Limited rolls past downtown Amsterdam on a rainy Spring day with Phase IV and III power. Phase III AMTK 822 and 406 with the Amtrak Exhibit Train in tow trail the Phase IV heritage unit leader.
