Having been re-crewed under a handful of miles West of our location, Pan Am Railway's WANM was slowly approaching Northern Maine Junction on June 11, 2016. Passing MP 69 in Hermon, Maine, high hood GP40 373 and two others led 60+ cars toward Hopkins Road and eventually CPF 66. Before then, however, some man-made drama was in store to add excitement to the somewhat dreary weather this day!
