Pan Am Railways train FI-1, the Fitchburg Local, has arrived in Gardner, Massachusetts, on September 14, 2016. Maine Central GP40 313 is the power - it was built as Penn Central 3202 in November 1968 (later becoming Conrail 3202). Almost exactly 48 years later, it is still earning its keep, but now with an old airline's name on her flanks!
