Just after getting some touch up paint work is Union Pacific No. 4141 inside the paint shop at UP’s North Little Rock Downing B. Jenks Shop on May 18, 2015. The specially-painted EMD SD70ACe is painted in “Air Force One” colors, and lettered for George Bush 41 Presidential Library and Museum. Waiting in line in the foreground is a partially repainted UP GE ES44AC No. 5401.
