OSCR 104, an ex-Frisco GP7 is tied up with a former Conrail/Great Miami ballast car and caboose on a brisk December weekend. Ohio South Central, sister company to the Indiana Eastern Railroad took over operations of the former B&O Ohio Division lines owned by the City of Jackson after the previous operator was removed following poor service. The OSCR operates on what's left of the former B&O Wellston Sub from Richmonddale to West Junction, the former B&O Parkersburg Subdivision from West Junction to Red Diamond near McArthur, and some former B&O and DT&I branch trackage in Wellston, Jackson, & Oak Hill.
