Today’s UP RPUDD rock train winds along the Arkansas River as they pass the other large customer on this famous line. That is the Holcim cement plant located in Portland which is jointly served by both the Union Pacific and the Rock & Rail, who interchange their cars from this plant to the BNSF in Pueblo.
