With the overly wet winter in Northern California just about over, CDTX 2103, a new Siemens SC-44 Charger awaiting service on the Capital Corridor and San Joaquin lines, sits quietly in the private car storage tracks to the south of the yard as it bathes in the morning light while Siemens personnel work on electrical components inside the cab.
