Remarks & Notes

On the wadden island of Wangerooge exists a narrow gauge line from the port to the village. The line is owned by DB AG an so are the ships which are used to connect the island with the mainland. Wangerooge is free of cars. All transportation from the village to the port is done by train. Here a freight train brings containers with luggage from tourists to the ship.
