Bird watching... Amtrak's westbound Cardinal No. 51 eases into view as Charleston Station Agent Matt Crouch waits to load the Chicago-bound train with luggage. Nearly two dozen people will either board or detrain from West Virginia's only remaining staffed station located along the Kanawha River in the state's capitol city.
