Remarks & Notes
Meeting of two rather different cogwheel steamlocomotives on the traverser of the Rigibahnen shed in Arth Goldau. On the left is "Caspar Honegger", built in 1877 by the Aargauer Maschinenfabrik for the weaving machine factory Honegger in Rüti (ZH). This "gem" is privately owned and was carefully rebuilt by the owner himself. On the right the steamlocomotive H 2/3 # 17 of the Rigibahnen, built in 1925 by the SLM for the Vitznau-Rigi-Bahn.
