This might look like a BNSF local, but it's actual a Portland Terminal train, the Lake Yard Transfer that moves cars from Vancouver to Lake Yard (and I believe also works the UP while it's out and about). The lead unit was built as a GP35, was rebuilt into a GP39E, and is now marked as a GP39-2.
