It fits!!....just barely. V&T Motor Car #22's Motorman leans out of his cab waiting for his car to be turned on the NSRM Turntable, in preparation for returning to quarters for the night. At 70 feet long, the NSRM's beautifully restored McKeen Motor Car #22 just barely fits on the museum's Gallows-type, Armstrong Turntable. The running gear has less than a foot of clearance on each end and as can be seen in this late afternoon photo, the pilot hangs way out over the walkway surrounding the pit.
