Sometimes, when the weather is less then optimal, rather then swapping out rolls of film, I like to take my chances with a pan. March 12th - I forget what year, was one of those days. Southern's 2-8-0 is captured here at Grand Junction, in Chattanooga, TN in a pan at 1/15th with Southern's 4501 trailing in a double header.
Pace and pan shots of trains from on the ground or in the air. If you're not in the locomotive cab or on-board the train, it's the next best thing to being there.
