During a hot summer afternoon the northbound CSX Q675-17 (Hamlet,NC-Nashville,TN) shoot through downtown Dechard, TN heading north to Nashville, TN. This was going to be the last Q675 train that were scheduled to terminate in Nashville. With the aggressive changes going on throughout the CSX System, Radnor Classification Yard was next in line to be affected by the efficiency way of railroading, a that earn the reputation by some to have push more cars through than Rice Yard was going to have it's hump, and locomotive facility shut down for a undetermined amount of time.
