| Enroute to New York, Union Pacific's OCS passes through Altoona on a gloomy day. This special move, operating as NS train 066-30, included two EMD SD70ACe locomotives and 9 passenger cars. Both units were equipped with PRR style cab signals to make the trip unassisted. |
