| There is always something moving in the 20 platform Edinburgh Waverly station. During our visit the local news was filled with UK resident's outrage at late running trains. On this day, they were offering refunds to any train over 30 minutes delayed due to a signal outage. I don't imagine Amtrak would last very long with this strategy! |
