| PULL!!! SRC #89 slips hard on the grade leading out of the East Strasburg yard as she tries to pull about 10 empty freight cars out of the north side yard area. Ex-NYC SW8 #8618 usually handles this duty on the SRC, but was down due to a mechanical problem this day. #89 was the only other motive power available since #90 was pulling the hourly excursion trains. The only problem? No rear sanders! |
