On this sunny and unusually warm winter day in Southwestern Virginia, not just one but two NS specially painted locos make up this loaded coal train that is idling in Downtown Appalachia. NS 4000 is a DC to AC conversion unit, while NS 8103 is the N&W heritage unit. A picture perfect catch to start off the new year for sure.
