Remarks & Notes
NC&StL 710 wait patiently at the west base leg of the wye at Grand Junction at the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum on this raining Sunday evening. The 68 year old GP7 is teaming up Tennessee Alabama & Georgia (TAG) 80 on what is going to be the second schedule of the Valentine's Dinner train. This is also the very first of series of schedule trips where both locomotive are going to be in a "push-pull" operation. From the display yard at Grand Junction to Polk Street in downtown Chattanooga. As soon as TAG 80 has completed building the five car train, 710 will couple up and the bottom, and will get pushed to the platform track waiting for passenger to board for the 5:30pm trip.
