Re 4/4 II # 11191 (Re 420 # 191) of the SBB is pulling the "crocodile" Ce 6/8 II # 14253 of SBB Historic over the 83 meter long Stalvedro viaduct below Airolo. The "crocodile" is going to the SBB works at Bellinzona for a new brown paint. The locomotive, which celebrates its 100th birthday this year, will receive a new colored dress in the next weeks (box part with stems), so that it can show itself from the best side at the birthday celebrations. The paint on the locomotive has been sanded back, number and factory plates, lamps, windscreen wipers etc. have been removed and it is ready to be repainted in Bellinzona. It is pulled because of the ETCS L2 train protection system between Bodio and Bellinzona.
