| On the last day of the September 2019 Coast Starlight detours, Amtrak 14 works upgrade into Soledad Canyon as it leads its train through the 332-foot long bore of Tunnel No. 19 and through a private crossing - framed with two, ex-Southern Pacific crossbucks. To the left, the dry riverbed of the Santa Clarita River waits for its next chance to have water flow through it. |
